SofTools provided a Project Tracker application that could work a complex group of stakeholders in local languages including Arabic. |

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust S&BP have undertaken two major transformation programmes over the last five years. The first involved the merger of three Trust hospitals comprising 5,000 people, and the second resulted in being awarded 'Foundation' status. Both programmes required the tight control of hundreds of projects and the motivation of teams who were not project management specialists.
