Andy BruceStrategy and Partner ProgrammeAndy is the Chief Executive and co-founder of SofTools Ltd, and is responsible for the overall strategy development and management of the partner programme. He has worked as a business advisor to senior management teams since 1991, specialising in the areas of innovation and strategic change. His consulting experience covers leading corporations such as Nokia and Coca-Cola, small entrepreneurial firms and public sector organisations such as Trust hospitals, institutions and even political parties. He has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (1990), and is Programme Director for the Henley Management College Business Accelerator programme. Andrew is also an international author with sales in excess of 500,000. |

Mark EdwardsTechnologyMark is the Technical Director and co-founder of SofTools, responsible for core product development and system architecture, client installations, and for managing the strategic relationship with technology partners including Microsoft and Oracle. Mark has been in the IT industry since 1990, having graduated from Cranfield with a military based technical degree |

Simon DerrySales and MarketingSimon Derry is a professional and experienced Marketing Director and business consultant with experience of working at all levels and across all sectors. He adopts a creative approach to marketing and innovation, and an analytic approach to resolving business bottlenecks. Before joining SofTools he gained 15 years experience working in leading organisations including Psion, the NHS and the British Army. Simon also has an MBA and has been commissioned by Pearson to co-author a book on Project Management. |
