Who are our Programmes for?

Our E-Do Leadership Programme is aimed at directors and senior managers in the private, public and voluntary sectors, ranging from small local SME’s to large national organisations. Our E-Do Management programme is aimed at first line managers and team leaders in the private, public and voluntary sectors, ranging from small SME’s to large national organisations. Taking the first step from team member to manager can be challenging. However, all to often individuals are promoted into these roles because they have performed well, unfortunately someone being good at their job does not necessarily translate into being an effective manager of people.

Accessing the funding you are entitled to from government

If you are a levy payer, our programmes can be fully funded through the contributions you are making to your levy account. If you are a non-levy payer, the government will fund 90% of each of our programmes for you.

This qualification is ideal if you are have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing your abilities. It’s particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.
